The company has gained unsolicited coverage across numerous media outlets. 

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a customer service representative to answer customer calls, concerns and general information questions. This person will be the working at the receptions desk, and will also be responsible of assisting visiting customers looking to purchase or try our glasses directly at our headquarters. We are looking for multidisciplinary that will assist the customer service team during our busiest times all the while accomplishing initial job requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer customer questions by phone

  • Answer customer questions through email

  • Help customers choose their perfect glasses

  • Fill out customer prescription information using our web platform

  • Order follow-ups with our optical laboratory

  • Get customer’s prescription information by calling their optometrists

  • Participation in the upkeep and improvement of our customer service team and systems.

  • Guide customers in sales process

requirements

  • DEC or higher

  • 2 to 6 years’ experience in customer service

  • Fully bilingual written and spoken (English & French)

  • Excellent grammatical and speaking skills

  • Creativity, autonomy and initiative

  • Proactive and multi-tasker

  • Open minded with great social aptitudes, oriented towards teamwork

  • Proactive and efficient with time management

  • Capable of working in an ever-changing small business environment that offers great learning experience and growing opportunities.

Advantages

  • Full time schedule – Monday to Friday 9 am to 5pm
