Request a refund

How to:

  1. Log in to your BonLook account by clicking on the top right hand tab called ‘’MY ACCOUNT’’.
  2. If you are not logged in, you will have to fill in your username and password.
  3. Click on MY ORDERS, located on the left handside of the page.
  4. Click on DETAILS located on the right of the order you want to return.
  5. Scroll down and click on the option to ‘’CLICK HERE TO FILE A RETURN REQUEST’’ and fill out the form.
  6. Once all of the required fields are filled out, submit your request.
  7. You will receive an email instructing you on how to proceed.

To return your package

  • Print out your shipping label.
  • Make sure the products are in perfect condition & return all original materials sent by BonLook.
  • Please use the same shipping box and tape the box securely, do not return your glasses in an envelope.

The details

  • We accept returned orders within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Please allow us 10 business days to process your request upon receiving your parcel.
  • We will contact you via email to confirm the receipt of your returned package and proceed with the refund.
  • In the event that original shipping was paid, it is non-refundable.
  • If the merchandise in question was on promotion and marked final sale, we will be unable to provide a refund. These products will clearly state that this is the case in their description.
  • We do not repair glasses, replace lenses in your old frames, nor do we accept frames that are not from BonLook.
  • The refund will appear on the same card you used for the purchase. We cannot change card or the refund method.
  • Please note that only one return/refund will be available per order. If you make more than one request, BonLook will cover the costs of the first one. Any additional return requested will be at your fees.
  • Lastly, only US and Canadian orders with 60$ or more qualify for free shipping and are subject to our return policy. Customers who have orders inferior to 60$ will be responsible for shipping cost coverage for both purchases and returns.
